3. Characteristic

• Main conveying transmitted by bevel gear which is table and durable.
• The body frame is welded by 80x80x3mm square bar. Surface treatment: polishing & painting(Green oil).
• Before washing, the glass will be cooled by high pressure spraying.
• There are 3 pairs of brushes wash the glass when step in washing section.
• The washing&drying section can be lift up 400mm,which is easy the clean the rollers&maintain the machine.
• There are 3pairs of air knives, the air blower box is installed on the top of the machine.
• There is a filter in air blower. After drying, there is not any drop and stain on the surface of glass.The noise of the air blower is low.
• All parts will touch water are using 201 stainless steel.
